NCF Savings Bank approached me assist with starting their new marketing department. My duties included creating any and all graphics requested, placing and designing print media buys including billboards and local sports programs and gathering content across four branches in three cities and promoted it via social media.

 

During my tenure I focused on highlighting the “community bank” brand. To help accomplish this I wrote, filmed and edited “Community Spotlight” videos that featured customers talking about why they chose to work with NCF. These were long form videos that were cut using CapCut and Opus Clip into short form. 

 

I created and started a new campaign called “Local Bankers. Local Decisions. Your Community.” NCF placed a buy for 17 rotating billboard locations near commercial customers.

I created a YouTube Channel, Google Ads and Meta Business Ads accounts for the brand.

With my introduction of content marketing, their Meta combined reach increased 560% in less than one year.

Rogers Garage approached me for help with their social media. Originally, I started as a consultant and then was hired to take over all aspects of content and community management.
I have been consistently producing video content with Rogers for over six years. Their online presence has grown consistently month over month and year over year. With the addition of Reels for Business through Meta, their engagement and following has exploded.

 real estate II – Chapter 2 Launch Video

In 2021, I was referred to real estate II when they needed someone to tell the story about the original owners retiring and new owners stepping into the a new era. I created new branding called “real estate II, Chapter 2” and we produced a video that brought us from the old ownership to new ownership. After this, I was hired on as social media management and video production. Each week in the Summer we filmed a non-profit spotlight during Food Truck Thursday.

I also produced short form videos for social media consumption. In addition to these duties I also assisted with PR consultation, graphics creation and community involvement.

Evans Family Ranch hired me as a Marketing Consultant and Social Media Content Producer to help get the word out about their new business. I created social media assets, graphics, long and short form videos. My job was to promote the brand through YouTube, Social Media (Facebook and IG), liase with paid media and consult best customer facing marketing ideas. I produced a six month video series consisting of 10 episodes documenting the beginning of the growing season/planning stages to the middle of the year after vegetable, meat and flower sales were underway. We also documented to build of their children’s farm play area.

Social Media Assets

From 2012 – 2019 I grew the brand’s social media from one twitter account and one facebook page to Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, Snapchat and 21 Facebook franchise pages. I was the lead content creator for all online media during this time. I was also the community manager and answered all complaints, messages and comments on social media. I also provided Public Relations crisis management. In 2020 I shifted my role to  Community Manager of all Facebook and Instagram content as they were in the midst of an acquisition. In 2022, the Franchise was purchased by Lee’s Corporate and all online management was moved to the corporate office.

I was hired by the Ohio House Republican Organizing Committee (now defunct) to act as Campaign Manager for the two-time State Representative of the 79th District in Ohio in 2018. Duties included door-to-door campaigning, video and photo coverage at in person events, public relations consultation, copywriting, editing and miscellaneous tasks as needed.

No Fluoride in Springfield

– Personal, Unorganized Campaign 2018

In 2018, together with Springfield residents we started a self-funded grassroots campaign against water fluoridation in the city. We utilized strategically placed signs, neighboorhood campaigning, information drops in public places and social media to send out the message. We only spent a total of $450 on physical campaign items such as signs and handout cards. All other infomation was word of mouth, social media and earned media. The funding for the other side of the campaign exceeded $14,000, which included many paid media buys. Despite their expense, our grassroots group prevailed.
